• Act as experienced facilitators sharing their knowledge, experience and perspective about the legal profession in helping to achieve the fundamental objective of the BLD, namely promoting and highlighting diversity within the legal profession.
• Advise and provide support on the strategic vision of the Directory.
• Provide critical feedback.
