MENTORING

At BLD we recognise the importance of role models and do run a mentoring scheme where we match the mentors and mentees and please do see our Mentoring Guidelines further. There is a separate mentoring scheme within our Legal Launch Pad programme which applies only to those on that scheme.

To assist mentors and mentees in their respective roles, we do run mentoring training where the following are covered:

  • The scope and role of a mentor and a mentee
  • The Key skills required to build an effective mentoring relationship
  • Potential issues to be discussed during the mentoring session
  • An overview of BLD's mentoring guidelines & procedures

If you would like to be  a mentor, do download the Mentors' Form here. Complete the form and email it to mentoring@onlinebld.com.

If you would like to be matched to a mentor, do download the Mentees' Forms here. Do also complete the form and email it to mentoring@onlinebld.com. Mentees please note that we will contact you between 4-8 weeks as the demand for mentors currently outstrip demand. Please do be patient with us.
