"Creating Visual Impact" seminar with trainer Chris Cherrington. This is a practical, 90-minute seminar demonstrating how to prepare and deliver compelling, well-structured and influential ideas both on screen and paper.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Any legal professional who wants to improve the ability to communicate and influence by using visual aids to reinforce their ideas.
CONTENT
Delivered in seminar style, attendees practice and evaluate new techniques and tools to improve their ability to influence and reinforce their idea using PowerPoint. Video review is used to coach performance.
OUTCOMES
After the seminar, attendees will understand:
How to create greater visual impact/memory using PowerPoint slides
How to structure a compelling and influential slide and slide deck
How to design a slide to prompt decisions, highlighting key points

TRAINER
The trainer is Chris Cherrington. Chris is a specialist in developing outstanding leaders and building commercial capability across many FTSE 100 organisations, particularly in the finance and professional services sectors. He typically works with professional advisors helping them improve their communication and influencing skills. He is a highly regarded executive coach with experience of coaching senior leaders both in the UK and Europe.
Before joining Black Isle, Chris spent 17 years gaining invaluable leadership and commercial experience – most recently within Investment Banking with Morgan Stanley and Organisational Change with BSkyB. Prior to that, as an officer in the British Army, Chris experienced front line command on many international operations. This included protecting humanitarian aid convoys during the Bosnian conflict and acting as lead negotiator with the indigenous tribal population of Sierra Leone during the rebel insurgency.

Chris will provide a simple, credit card sized hand-out after the seminar.
