Dr Nigel Spencer is Head of Learning & Development at City law firm Simmons & Simmons. He is responsible for all the firm’s business skills training programmes from trainee inductions to partner management programmes, both in the UK and internationally. Nigel’s particular focus is on talent and leadership development programmes, coaching and mentoring. Nigel is also on the committee of the legal industry Legal Education and Training Group.
