Paragon Law, the Nottingham based Law firm and Nottingham University are holding their second annual Paragon Law Human Rights Lecture. The theme is "Challenges to the Absolute Prohibition of Torture". The guest speaker is Professor Manfred Nowak, the United Nations Special Rapporteur on torture. Paragon Law are the winner of the Team of the Year at the 2006 Legal Aid Lawyers of the Year Awards and the Best Employer (Small to Medium sized firm)at the 2006 Race Equality Awards. |
